Crazy Health and Fitness Life

Have you ever heard that your heart says chocolate, but your jeans say, for the love of God, women, eat salad? Well, keep a health and fitness life could be so difficult to some people, specially when you don’t have something that motivates you to change your life and have a routine; in this little but powerful article, you will know some sayings and quotes that will get you a smile and will inspire you to continue with your idea to become in a health and fitness person.

One saying that I find interesting to motivate me to keep health and fitness is “Eat clean. Stay fit. And have a burger to stay sane” (Hadid, G) it talks about look after yourself eating health and clean food, work out and remember that once or twice a month you can eat something that you like a lot, and it won’t be bad… You need a delicious motivation to eat vegetables and continue training.

It’s a bit odd and amazing because normally you hear things like “Fitness is like marriage. You can’t cheat on it and expect it to work” (Pfiester, B), and actually, sayings like that make that we think that a health and fitness life only consist in eat every day the same bored food and do the hardest exercise and that’s not the point, the main idea is care your health, feel happy, enjoy your training and sometimes indulge yourself.

So, next time you hear someone say, “Train insane or remain the same”, remember that the unique insane thing that you must do in your life is love yourself and be proud about the process that you have in your crazy health and fitness life!
